Hello, I had surgery for genu varum and then I had a cosmetic limb lengthening procedure. Yes, I got taller with the surgery, and the fixators have been on my leg for 10 months but unfortunately, my physical therapy process didn’t go well. My calf muscles are short, I have contractures in my knees and I have lower leg syndrome. I do my exercises constantly but the progress is extremely slow. Do you have any suggestions for me?
