As you can see in the Membership Clarification Text (“Enlightening Text”) that you have read before this express consent form: when submitting an examination request, evaluating the doctor, asking questions to the doctor and sharing your experiences, your personal data containing your sensitive personal data you can share. We would like to emphasize that; These data that your shares may contain are your personal data of special nature that cannot be processed without your express consent under any circumstances. It is entirely at your discretion whether you will share this special quality personal data with us, and we cannot force you in this regard.

It should be noted that the content you share while evaluating the doctor, asking questions to the doctor and sharing your experiences will be made public through our platform. The content you share while submitting an Appointment and Price Information request will only be shared with the doctor you sent your request to.

We need your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data of special nature that you provide to us with your shares and for making it public on our platform.

We remind you that you should make the selection below in line with the Clarification Text we have given before this text, and we underline that you should not include the above-mentioned special quality personal data in your posts unless you have given your consent in this regard.

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time through electronic channels available to you.

In the light of the explanations made, you understand what special quality personal data your posts may contain, that they will be processed within the terms and principles set forth in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Clarification Text, and that if you tick the checkbox, your posts containing sensitive personal data will be made public on the platform in a way that will be visible to everyone, and You can declare your express consent stating that you accept it by ticking the checkbox.
