Physician's Name and Surname data is processed automatically through record creation. Name and Surname data, which we process in order to identify the person who filled out the registration form and to define a profile for the Doctor through the Andnewme Platform, in accordance with Article 5 f:2 c of the KVKK, we must process the Name and Surname data in order to establish a membership agreement with the Doctor for Andnewme Platform. It is processed on the basis of legal reasons that it is necessary and that the relevant data has been made public by the Doctor himself in accordance with Article 5 f: 2 d of the KVKK. This data is made public on the Andnewme Platform so that the Doctor can be visible within the Andnewme Platform. Except for making it public, this data is not subject to any transfer.
The Doctor's User Name data is processed automatically through record creation. The User Name data we process in order to define a profile where the Relevant Person can respond to questions asked via Andnewme Platform or e-mail address, and comment on the posts of the members who share their experiences regarding the treatment process, pursuant to Article 5 f:2 c of the KVKK, with the Relevant Person. It is processed on the basis of legal reasons that it is necessary to process the relevant data in order to establish the membership agreement and that the relevant data has been made public by the Relevant Person in accordance with Article 5 f:2 d of the KVKK. This data is made public on the Andnewme Platform so that the Relevant Person can be visible on the Andnewme Platform. Except for making it public, this data is not subject to any transfer.
The Doctor's Social Media Profiles data are processed automatically by adding them to the profile via the membership settings on the Andnewme Platform. In order for the Members to access the Doctor through various social media channels and to obtain detailed information about the Doctor's professional life, the processing of the relevant data is mandatory for our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 5 f: 2 f of the KVKK and Article 5 f of the KVKK: Pursuant to subparagraph 2 d, the relevant data is made public by the Relevant Person himself, and is processed on the basis of legal reasons. These data are made public on the Andnewme Platform so that the Doctor can be visible on the Andnewme Platform. Except for making it public, these data are not subject to any transfer.

The Doctor's E-Mail Address data is processed automatically through record creation. Relevant data we process for the purpose of sending a verification link to the Relevant Person for the activation of his account and a password reminder link in case he forgot his password, sending e-mails regarding examination/question requests and notifications, and enabling him to log in to his account on the Andnewme Platform, KVKK art.5 f:2 Pursuant to clause c, the establishment of the Related Person membership agreement and the necessity of processing the E-Mail Address data for the performance of this agreement are processed based on legal reasons. In addition, the E-Mail Address data is provided in KVKK art. In accordance with 5/1, it is processed based on the explicit consent of the Relevant Person. This data will be shared with the Message Management System Anonim Şirketi in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the legislation within the scope of managing commercial electronic message permissions and complaint processes over the Message Management System (MMS).

In case the e-mail channel is insufficient to communicate with the Doctor, the Phone Number data we process in order to be able to communicate with the Relevant Person and to enable the Members to communicate with the Doctor via Whatsapp, pursuant to Article 5 f:2 f of the KVKK, we process the relevant data within the scope of communicating with the Doctor. It is processed on the basis of legal reasons that it is compulsory for our legitimate interest and that it is necessary for our legitimate interest to process the relevant data within the scope of establishing the technical infrastructure that will enable the Members to reach the Doctor. This data is not shared with 3rd parties.
Address data, which consists of the doctor's city information, is processed automatically through record creation. In order to ensure that the relevant data can be filtered on the Andnewme Platform according to the Doctor's location, it is mandatory for us to process the relevant data for our legitimate interest within the scope of providing an accurate service to the Members pursuant to Article 5 f:2 f of the KVKK, and KVKK art.5 f: Pursuant to subparagraph 2 d, the fact that the relevant data has been made public by the Doctor himself is processed based on legal reasons. Physician's Website Link data is processed automatically through record creation. The relevant data means that the processing of the relevant data is mandatory for our legitimate interests in accordance with KVKK m.5 f:2 f clause so that the Members can determine the person to receive service by obtaining detailed information about the Doctor's professional life, experiences and areas of competence, and KVKK m.5 Pursuant to subparagraph f:2 d, the relevant data is processed on the basis of legal reasons that the Relevant Person himself has made it public. The Doctor's Branch and Title data are processed automatically by adding them to the profile through the membership settings on the Andnewme Platform. In order to ensure that the relevant data can be filtered on the Andnewme Platform according to the Doctor's title and branch, it is mandatory for us to process the relevant data for our legitimate interest within the scope of providing an accurate service to the Members in accordance with Article 5 f: 2 f of the KVKK and KVKK article 5 f :2 Pursuant to subparagraph d, the relevant data is processed on the basis of legal reasons, as it has been made public by the Relevant Person himself. Professional experience:
The Doctor's Award and Certificates Received data are processed automatically by adding them to the profile through the membership settings on the Andnewme Platform. In order for the Members to see the Doctor's certificates and to determine the person to whom they will receive service, the relevant data is processed on the basis of legal reasons, pursuant to clause 5 f:2 d of the KVKK, by the Relevant Person himself. This data is made public on the Andnewme Platform so that the Doctor can be visible on the Andnewme Platform. Apart from this, this data is not subject to any transfer.
Audio and Audio Recordings:
The Doctor's Photo data is processed automatically by adding it to the profile through the membership settings on the Andnewme Platform, and by adding it to the relevant field on the Andnewme Platform when sharing about his experiences, related treatment method, and areas of competence. Photo data, in order for the Doctor to provide a reliable profile and to provide more explanatory information in the content to be published regarding his professional experience, the relevant treatment method and the questions directed to him, in accordance with Article 5 f: 2 d of the KVKK, the relevant data shall be made public by the Doctor himself. processed on the basis of reason. Other:
The Doctor's Doctor Score data is processed automatically through the scoring system. The relevant data is processed on the basis of the legal reason that it is compulsory for us to process the relevant data for our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 5 f: 2 f of the KVKK, in order for the Members to determine the person to whom they will receive service according to the doctor's score. Since the scoring system is open to all Andnewme Platform users, this data is public on Andnewme Platform and is not subject to any other transfer.
The data of the Doctor's Owned Videos and Articles are processed automatically by adding them to the profile through the membership settings on the Andnewme Platform. Relevant data means that it is mandatory for us to process the relevant data for our legitimate interests pursuant to KVKK art. the relevant data are processed on the basis of legal reasons, which are made public by the Doctor himself. These data are made public on the Andnewme Platform so that the Doctor can be visible on the Andnewme Platform. Apart from that, these data are not subject to any transfer.
All data types contained in this Clarification Text are shared with the provider company from which server and infrastructure services are provided for Andnewme Platform. This data transfer is due to the fact that the servers are located within the relevant company in order to meet the need for hosting the data types we process on a server, it does not require an active data transfer and is due to the nature of the hosting service.
