During limp lengthening (cosmetic or therapeutic) surgeries, bone incision in the legs or arms and placement of lengthening devices may affect the nerves that travel close to the bone, and may cause a slight effect on foot and ankle movements. However, the use of more technological devices and the use of experienced surgeons have reduced this risk to minimum levels. Although this condition is usually temporary, it is a process that can be treated with muscle-tendon transplants if it occurs. I wish you healthy days

There is no such risk. We cannot say that there is a clear risk in limp lengthening, since there is no situation related to the spinal nerves.
